Practice
Daily for seven minutes
Notice five sensations, five sounds, five thoughts. Then place a hand on the body and name one feeling with kindness.
In the moment for thirty seconds
Ask, can I stay close to my experience for ten seconds.
Relational practice this week
Listen once without fixing, then reflect one feeling back. That sounds hard. I can hear you.
