Feet on the floor. Slow breathing. Name five sensations. End with one question. What does my body need for one percent more safety today.

In the moment for thirty seconds
Soften the jaw. Drop the shoulders. Lengthen the exhale.

Relational practice this week
Name one need plainly. I need to slow down. I need a little space.
